Shipping policy

Please review our shipping policy to understand how our delivery and pick-up service operates.

Delivery:

    • We offer standard delivery to the EU, UK and Switzerland. We do not ship to countries outside of these zones (e.g. the US, Canada).
    • Please note this is a pre-order and orders won't begin fulfillment till the 10th August 2024.
    • Standard shipping will take approximately 5 days from fulfillment, though UK and Switzerland based customers please allow more time to clear customs. 
    • Shipping Rates are as follows:
      • Netherlands - Standard Shipping EUR 7.50. Free shipping on orders over EUR 75.
      • EU (excluding Netherlands) - Standard Shipping EUR 10. Free shipping on orders over EUR 75.
      • UK (mainland) Standard Shipping GBP 15. Free shipping on orders over GBP 100.
      • Switzerland Standard Shipping CHF 20 . Free shipping on orders over CHF 175.
    • Please note that all orders outside of the EU (e.g. Switzerland and UK) are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

      Pick-Up on Saturday Runs 

      1. Pick-Up Location:

        • Our designated pick-up point is our Saturday runs. This will be either in Vondelpark or Westerpark
      2. Pick-Up Hours:

        • Pick-up is available every Saturday run from 1030 to 1200
        • Please ensure you arrive within these hours to collect your order.
      3. Order Processing:

        • Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM on the preceding Friday to be eligible for Saturday pick-up.
        • Any orders placed after this cutoff will be available for pick-up the following Saturday.
      4. Confirmation and Instructions:

        • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick-up.
        • This email will include your order details, pick-up instructions, and contact information for any queries.
      5. Identification:

        • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.
        • If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation and a valid ID.
      6. Storage and Hold Policy:

        • We will hold your order for up to two weeks from the original pick-up date.
        • If your order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
